Day 6 - Exploring, snorkeling, and amazing dinner!

After breakfast Tay and I went to Tunnels beach to check out the snorkeling scene but choppy waves and overcast brought us back to Lydgate. We did lots of snorkeling there and found around 9 different types of fish. Afterward we took a long drive and found some really neat houses with crazy art sculptures. Heading back to the beach house, we made it just in time for a home cooked dinner. Earlier in the day Claire visited the local farmers market made everyone dinner:

A refreshing watermelon coconut water with mint

Quesadilla with zucchini, mushrooms? and beans with cheese

Chilled cucumber salad with peanuts and pickled onions

Sweet Buttery Corn

Green Beans with a soy ginger sauce (amazing!)

We’re all getting an early night sleep tonight- tomorrow morning we’re taking a hike on the Nā Pali Coast to checkout Hanakāpī‘Ai Beach. 🌊
